She completed her medical degree and Diploma in Family Medicine in Yangon. Her clinical experience includes emergency care, cancer care and obstetrics. Outside work, she enjoys travelling and time with her family.

Dr Tin Aung is a senior female General Practitioner at Main Street Medical Centre in Pialba. With over a decade of international and Australian clinical experience, she provides the Hervey Bay community with thorough, patient-centred healthcare.
A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Dr Aung is committed to evidence-based medicine. Her diverse background includes emergency care and advanced clinical rotations in cancer care and obstetrics across Australia.

Qualifications & Training
Dr Aung earned her MBBS at the University of Medicine (1), Yangon, followed by a Diploma in Family Medicine from the University of Medicine (2), Yangon. Since relocating to the Fraser Coast, she has become a core member of our Pialba team. Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling and quality time with her family.
