⏳ Duration: Appointments last 15–30 minutes. Wear loose clothing, as a full examination may require undressing to your underwear. A chaperone (Registered Nurse) is available upon request.

Regular self-examinations can save lives. Use the ABCDE Rule to assess any moles or skin changes:
- A – Asymmetry: One half of the mole does not match the other.
- B – Border: Irregular, blurred, or jagged edges.
- C – Colour: Uneven shades of black, brown, red, or white.
- D – Diameter: Spots larger than 6mm or that are growing in size.
- E – Evolution: Noticeable changes in size, shape, or color over time.
